why this is happen??

First of all....i just wanna tell you all that i am very disapointed with the all the news....an d i have heard about the PPSMI that had been cancel in our education...why this is happening??the science and mathematics in english is good enough for student to learning...now world had be more advanced.everything needed to be taught and learn in english..even when you out to the town.,we need to use english to define and talking...Do we heard scientific named in malay...or chinese...or any of native language???No!!so, why always changed our position and chances...english in our life can change the way you are....learning in english is a plus for you...because one day you will went outside of your recent place and walking to new environment which needs you to speak in english...when you went to your university also..we had to use english as a main language....so why not we started from learning english from child....OK...but for me if malaysian government had changed their mind and cancelled the PPSMI...i rather put my kids in english school for them....it is a bright future for them!!

Not only that, why should they wanna banned the use of condom and alcohol???ok im talking like this because they make no sense about this....we are living in multicultural country which have diversity of religion and natives...why does they speak like they are only one native human living in this country....ok condom use for having a safe sex..for family planning also...why dont we think in this positive ways....???this is for the healthcare..so is it wrong for preventing HIV /AIDs???is it??NO!!!!why think narrow minded?be open minded........

ALSO the Beyonce concert...its been cancelled again ...why????is it about her sexy dresses??so why not we banned the TV show and Everything in our country.....For sake of this ,they make the things getting bigger...is it wrong for her to perform in this country like they wanna do??so for me......malaysian people had been open minded on this era....so dont think that we were stupid....STOP to be like this...!!! we also have rights....WHY WE FEEL LIKE WE DONT HAVE THE RIGHTS TO SPEAK???!

today classes are getting more interesting as my lecturer mr nizam taught us about american film and culture...this semester , i want to do better..i do not want to give up..i just want to have a greater marks ...i want to feat my self to get the best score...i do not want to left behind.....sharm keep it to yourself....i am with u.....shuemiela with u.....someone is with you to support you...

my precious life with my cat

i live my happy moment with my very beautiful cat...he was so cute and always be with me whenever i went out to the garden..he was so tamed and it also give me smile when he play outside my house..every morning it will make me to wake up in the very early dawn.it will be follow my mom going out to jogging and helping me to catch all the prey inside my house...but why God took him away...i just want him to live with me until i grew older...but why this accident took him away...now i do not have any pets like him..his the one was apple of my eye...i missed him so much...i cant touch him anymore...i cant play with him anymore..and i cant sleep with him any more...i love my cat very much...i could not find any cat who can replace him in my heart as he was left h footprint and memories through out his life with me.i miss u shomel...i miss u..i dont want to be the broken-hearted girl..may u Rest In Peace....

hari raya2

my first hari raya was good enuf but there was a least visitor to our house as it was heavy raining...i was sleep...then going to someone house..i wa boring stick at home...huhu...im eating heavily and happily..throwing in some ftire crackerz...make eldery people angry..hahahaha
i miss my past time ...

my hari raya...

first i arrived at bintulu...i was soo exhausted.i was so happy to going back to sarawak for hari raya celebration..i can feel the spirit of "balik kampung"..then on the way back to sarawak..i was fortunately meet my ex schoolmate and my college mate...they were so happy and i chat a lot with them..when the airasia flight arrived at bintulu airport...my aunti kam was waiting for me to take me back to mukah...on the way back to mukah it was a slightly raining..i can see green forest and the fresh air oif borneo rainforest...but half of the way i felt asleep..hahaha....then at 4pm i arrived at mukah..we straighly going to mukah bazaar to buy something to feast our family....seems to be good...yummy food are everywher..i say to my cousin i wanna cut my hair but she refused to follow me...whats the life!??she looo lazy thats why she not gonna fit in my life...and my brother was at home...my auntie was busy cooking rendang and everything because we are preparing for hari ray tomorow...ahahah...i was sooo excited....then everybody seems make themself busy...that night after iftar,i had to wash the house...clean up the house and lend some hand...aftr 11 i was felt asleep...i going sleep soundly..

next day..i woke up very late...clean my self..the other people are busy going to mosque for offer praying...im at home prepare the flower for visiting the grave...i wore blue green kurung...we going to ask for a forgiveness to everybody...and then visiting everybody.....it was heavy raining after we going back to home..then i sleep soundly as i was too tired.....FIN

Fun TYME bEf0re CaLcuLus ExAm!!

yesterday ...im having a great time at aini house...playing with the cat and also revise n do the practice together for the calculus exam...it was fun..i didnt had to squeeze my head like a sponge before.hahaha....and i also start to make a serious joking with mr pouya..hahah..heheh...now he know who i am..because i want to know what is the best for me..last time im having a hard time to find a boyfriend..now i grab the chance n never let it go...!!hmmm...the next morning i went to college..im just having 3 hours sleep and it makes me become lazy..we use rapid...thank God!!the rapid came when we all just a few walk from the bus stand..hehehe...n when i arrive the class..i just open the door and choose the place for me and sit...i answer the exam paper proudly and happily...but im afraid that i will have bad results....im so scared!!!and my auntie called me!!she ask me to buy gardenia roti for them..heheheh...and i was so happy..they know about my relationship with mr pouya azyzam......

Is it women cheat guy more than guy do?


Women have their own power when comes to rule the world. As we can see now, women have their own right to have their own position and law. But do women have their own right to choose or to dumped a guy. As the world involve in the evolution, gender also undergo this situation much more than environment. We can see that women do all the job that men in the past time do like example, they earn and support the source of money for the family. They don’t even work as a housewives like the past time do. They are more prone busy with their own career and have to take care the family as well. From this point, we can conclude that women had taken over the man throne and the sexuality had changed. Not only that, women nowadays are most likely to involving in infidelity more than guys do. But why does this happening? Why do the women seeks another love affair instead to be the faithful to their partner. This had been questioning into my mind each time to see the women had cheated their partner and always change their partner from time to time. So we had to find out why it’s happening. From this topic , i do agree with "is it women cheat guy more than guy do?".

This situation was happening to be in the Maya life's. She involves infidelity even tough she had a good looking, well renowned, rich and much matured boyfriend. Why Maya cheat his partner??She knows that she is not single. She excited to having affairs with the new hunks that she met in the office or in the social party. She expected to be the faithful girlfriend for his boyfriend. She admitted that she completely self indulgent with this kind of stuff and sometimes it might change the way she feel ,betray her boyfriend's trust and end up hurting both of them. Instead to stop, she like to fantasy about what she like to do every night.

Studies show that people who have a higher education, income, and that girl in higher socio-economic groups are more twice likely to have been unfaithful, compared with women on low salaries. The reasons why this is happening are they have more ample time to spare time with their partner on the weekend at their favorite places. In addition, they were willing to enjoy their time with the other guys and away from their boyfriends. They are very happy to went out with somebody that could make them happy and understand the way they think of and that could be the one whom spending the laughter and joy of the day. The girl with the higher education often has their chances to be cheaters while her partner does not have the same level with her. From the opportunities that she has, she will take a deep step to seek a new guys to help them in studies or to be the emotional support instead to be spend around with their boyfriend's. Not only that , She might be need a financial support from the guys. Maybe the guys could help them to support them when out to somewhere else. Research by Dr.Joyce Hamilton Bern, a Clinical psychologist said that "when Guy cheat, it usually not an indication that they are unhappy in their marriages. Guy sometimes cheat when they see women who is attractive and appears to be interested and even tough there is nothing lacking in their relationship, they initiate affairs anyway. On the other hand, Women cheat when relationship is not fulfilling and already in trouble. They had been cheated because being neglected or partners are unfaithful".

Loneliness is one of the factors that make the girl doing the infidelity. She might cause by the unsatisfactory relationships which is their partner does not giving them the emotionally fulfilling. She feel not deserves in relationship and find attention from outside their relationship. Sometimes guys are busy with their work and not have ample time to spend with their girl. They are not lavishing much time to be together and communicate. Suppose to be the guys had to search their space time to communicate and share their truth feeling. When the guys are busy with their jobs and hobby, They will used up their all energy and get tired. In consequences, when they came to their girls they will not have any joy and smile on their face as they are tired. From that point, the girls will have a negative thinking about their partner and thought they were having girls behind their back. Lastly this problems will drag the girls to having affairs.

Revenge was one of the cause that stir the problems. A girl whom had been extremely hurt by their partner actions will seek the way to hurt them in the same way. Folksy bit of wisdom declares that "hell hath no fury like a women scorned" From probably had its origin in broken relationship resulting from guys infidelity. When women found out that their guy having another relationship, getting bored with the relationship, neglect their needs, or arrive late with the lipstick stick to their clothes, it brings out the very worst in her. Especially if she devoted or faithful girlfriends who has sacrificed money, family and time for sake of her boyfriend. Some women admit they embark upon affairs only after their boyfriends confessed or were caught in their own indiscretions. For these women revenge is the sweetest when they keep it to themselves. Researcher Dr.Berry tells of their client was so angry when she discovered that her partner was having affairs that immediately she bought an expensive diamond ring and ask for him to pay for it.

Women also lack of self esteem and they are emotionally needy and they sometime seek guys outside the relationship to confirm that they are okay, beautiful, desirable, sexy, somebody loves them for real women rather than waiting their boyfriends message or phone calls. Sometimes the guy never bring her out for a movies, hardly to talk and show little interest on her job, desires and dream.

Not only that , girls feel very low when the boys are neglected them on emotional or physical way. So the girls will bear in mind that she was not deserved to have boyfriend in her life. If the boys are very attractive and handsome and the girls cannot follow him up, she eventually believe that her boyfriends having affairs with others beautiful girls. From their instinct, they had to make a move before it will be too late for her to save her relationship. By that, they will try to look up a new spare guy to make her self esteem to constantly increase

There were a research that show that, 40% women cheat and incidence of female infidelity has doubled in last 36 years .So, it shows that even the female population increase each year, they still can involved in infidelity . The guys should be alert with the sudden changes of their partner and they have to be careful. They had to figure out how to tackle their problem and have a communication in their relationship. The guys had to become more up to date with the girls problem and should give them a time to be together.

my assigment on applied biology ( gene therapy on ADA disese )

Adenosine Deaminase Deficiency (ADA disease) is one of the severe combined immunodeficiency ,which is type of disorder that affect the immune system. This disease are very rare and it lack of immune system and leaves body expose to bacteria without tough protection. This type of disease is fatal unless it should be corrected in some way. This disease are connected to the gene disease which inherited by both carrier parents which their autosomal chromosome that had been mutated and passed to their child. There is a lot of ways to cure this disease including the transfusion of blood from the high ADA donors. But there is a major problems due to this treatment which is a gene regulation. The blood have two alpha and beta chains. When one of the chain exceed thus it will causes the cell damages. Thus gene therapy is an alternative ways to cure this disease. Gene therapy is treating of genetic disorder like ADA disease by introducing into individual normal gene to replace or overcome the effect of mutated gene.

There is two type of gene therapy which is somatic cell therapy and germ-line cell therapy. Somatic cell is a treatment which is the genes are transferred into the somatic cells of a patient. Any modifications and effects will be experience by the individual patient only, and will not be inherited by the patient's child. The germ-cells is about the modification of germ cells example sperm or ovum by the introduction of functional genes which is integrated into their genomes and also this gene can be heritable to their offspring. But usually the somatic cell therapy is widely used to cure ADA disease rather than the germ-line because of this highly effective on countering the gene disease make the rise of ethical reasons. The somatic cells are modified genetically to prevent a genetic defect in off spring. It had shown successfully that ADA-corrected cells divide more faster rather than culturing white blood cells. But getting sufficient amounts of normal gene was not an obstacle. There is hundreds of human gene that had been isolate and characterized by the cloning and recombinant DNA technique. But the major obstacle was getting the DNA back into patients. The ways on how the ADA disease get cured was firstly the normal ADA from T-lymphocyte is separated and transplanted through the Retroviruses. Before that the part of the virus gene is replaced with normal human ADA gene which is needed to be transferred. When a retrovirus infects a host cell, it will introduce its RNA together with some enzymes, namely reverse transcriptase and integrase, into the cell.

This RNA molecule from the retrovirus must produce a DNA copy from its RNA molecule before it can be integrated into the genetic material of the host cell. The process of producing a DNA copy from an RNA molecule is termed reverse transcription. It is carried out by one of the enzymes carried in the virus, called reverse transcriptase. After this DNA copy is produced and is free in the nucleus of the host cell, it must be incorporated into the genome of the host cell. That is, it must be inserted into the large DNA molecules in the cell (the chromosomes). This process is done by another enzyme carried in the virus called integrase .Now that the genetic material of the virus is incorporated and has become part of the genetic material of the host cell, it can be said that the host cell is now modified to contain a new gene. If this host cell divides later, its descendants will all contain the new genes. Sometimes the genes of the retrovirus do not express their information immediately.One of the problems of gene therapy using retroviruses is that the integrase enzyme can insert the genetic material of the virus in any arbitrary position in the genome of the host- it randomly shoves the genetic material into a chromosome. If genetic material happens to be inserted in the middle of one of the original genes of the host cell, this gene will be disrupted insertional mutagenesis. If the gene happens to be one regulating cell division, uncontrolled cell division or cancer can occur. This problem has recently begun to be addressed by utilizing zinc finger nucleuses or by including certain sequences such as the beta-globin locus control region to direct the site of integration to specific chromosomal sites.

The viral-vector is then mixed and bred together with normal human cells in laboratory. The vector later enters the normal cells then forming new genes and stays permanently inside the chromosome. The new gene is known as virus-mediated gene.The transfer of the new virus-mediated gene into the T lymphocyte cell of ADA(-)SCID 's patient is done by intravenous injection. Therefore ADA(-) gene is now repairable so that it can returns to produce normal ADA enzyme. The repaired gene of T lymphocyte cells can live normally in the receiver's body. In fact it lives longer than the unrepaired T lymphocytes. Cell implant of the repaired gene should be done continuously once in a few months. Instead, if the gene therapy can be done to bone marrow stem cell, ADA(-)SCID children may be fully cured with only one treatment without the continuous need of new ADA gene implant.
